FOR WEDDINGS OR A DAY RATE THERE IS A BASE CHARGE OF £225 BUT A FUEL SUPPLEMENT MAY BE ADDED (CHARGED AT COST) FOR
JOURNEYS OVER 20 MILES.
FOR PART DAY HIRINGS THE BASE CHARGE IS £20 PLUS MILEAGE CHARGED AT £1.00 PER MILE PLUS WAITING TIME CHARGED AT £10 PER
HOUR. THE TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED THE DAY RATE OF £225 PLUS ANY FUEL SUPPLEMENT.
For longer journeys there may be a fuel supplement at cost (consumption is15mpg).
Disbursements such as ferry fares, congestion charges will be charged
at cost.
An initial booking charge of £20 will be made and the balance less a retention
of £25 must be paid 14 days before the event - the £25 balance can be paid on completion of the hiring. There are no VAT charges.
In the event of cancellation by clients the deposit may be forfeit but
the balance (if pre-paid) will be remitted if the cancellation is unavoidable.
